• The Govs have now lost three-straight to fall to 2-7 on the season.
• APSU has yet to defeat Lipscomb since 1963, losing in the last six meetings dating back to 2010.
• Senior forward Ed Dyson scored a season-high 21 points, connecting on 4-of-8 attempts behind the three-point arch.
• Assane Diop was APSU's second-leading scorer, scoring a career-high 10 points in his first season as a Governor.
• Due to an injury to starting point guard Zavion Williams, head coach Dave Loos mixed up his starting lineup for the first time this season.
• Jeremy Purvis made his first start for the Governors since 2013 after redshirting last season, and played 31 minutes.
• APSU led for 10:52 in the first 20 minutes, but never pulled ahead in the second half despite tying the score at 53-53 with 5:06 to play.
• However, the Bisons outscored APSU 15-6 in the final five minutes to extend the game out of reach.
• Lipscomb went 12-of-13 from the free throw line in the first half – 24-of-30 total – which led to a 30-26 lead at the break.
• The Govs shot 33 percent from the field on Saturday, the lowest percentage of the season.
• Lipscomb's Brett Wishon was red-hot from three-point land, hitting seven to rack up 21 points on the evening.
