Post-Game Notes: Austin Peay vs. Troy

• Austin Peay improves to 2-0 all-time against Troy, with the win also snapping a three-game losing skid in 2014.
• The Govs led for over 31 minutes in the game, building a lead of 16 points in the second half before watching it shrink to as low as three before the final horn.
• All nine APSU players who entered the game on Monday scored, with four of the five starters scoring in double figures.
• In for the injured Zavion Williams, starting point guard Jeremy Purvis scored a career-high 13 points, knocking down four three-pointers on the evening.
• As a team, the Govs made eight three-pointers on Monday, the highest total in a single game this season.
• Junior center Chris Horton recorded a double-double (11 points, 13 rebounds), the fifth time he's done so this season.
• Senior Ed Dyson reached double-digits for the fourth time this year, racking up 15 points to lead the Govs in scoring in back-to-back games.
• Junior Khalil Davis chipped in 12 points after finding his groove, and also hauled in seven rebounds while leading the team in assists with four.
• The Govs led 30-23 at the break, the first halftime lead for Austin Peay this season.
• Eight different players scored for APSU in the first half.
• However, APSU did not have a player reach double-digits until the 12:06 mark of the second half as Dyson recorded his 11^th point.
• Troy's Musa Abdul-Aleem scored the first eight points for the Trojans, finishing the game with 15.
