Postgame Notes: Austin Peay vs. Sewanee

• The Governors defeated Sewanee 91-64 for their second exhibition win.
• Senior center Chris Horton posted his second double-double of the preseason, scoring 24 points with 10 rebounds.
• Horton also went 10-of-11 at the free throw line.
• Sophomore Josh Robinson added 16 points, four rebounds and three assists.
• Senior Khalil Davis chipped in 15 points after a strong first half, and was the team leader in assists with six.
• Austin Peay's shooters on the wing came out hot in the first half, with Robinson and Davis combining for 26 points in the first half.
• Newcomers Kenny Jones and John Murry combined for 21 points (9-of-11).
• After shooting 55 percent in the first half, the Govs increased their clip to 60 percent (15-of-25) in the second half.
• The Govs won the turnover battle 22-12, and scored 21 points off takeaways.
• For the second consecutive game, APSU had an edge down low, scoring 38 points in the paint, Thursday.
• The Govs led for over 35 minutes, and held a 30-point advantage just before halftime.
