- Ahmaad Tanner rushed for two touchdowns, his first multi-TD outing this season and his sixth consecutive game with a touchdown run.
- Jeremiah Oatsvall scored a rushing touchdown for the third consecutive game.
- Austin Peay finished the game with 325 rushing yards, tying its third best rushing performance this season (SEMO). Eleven different Govs rushed for positive yardage in the contest.
- The Govs broke the program single-season record with the program's first 3,000-rushing yard campaign. The Govs ended the regular-season with 3,105 rushing yards. Austin Peay's 258.3 rushing yards per game ranks second all time.
- The Governors also extended their record for total offensive yards, ending the regular season with 4,645 yards. Austin Peay's 387.2 total yards per game also is a program record.
- Austin Peay also extended its own program record for single-season points, finishing the regular season with 327 points, topping the 1994 team's mark for total points. The Govs averaged 27.3 points per game, second-most in program history (30.4 ppg in 1965 the record)

- Austin Peay intercepted two passes in the game, its second-straight game with an interception.
- For a second straight game, Keawvis Cummings intercepted a pass to seal a win.
