Biography
2015-16: Opened indoor season with a personal-best 1:01.79 mark in the 400m dash at the Vanderbilt Opener… indoor season-best 11th-place finish at the Ed Temple Invitational, running a 1:04.23 400m… posted back-to-back top-10 400m finishes during outdoor season at the APSU Invitational (1:01.47, 10th) and the Missouri State Invitational (1:01.33, ninth).
2014-15: Showed continued improvement during her second season at Austin Peay… opened the season with a personal-best 200m dash at the Music City Invite (18th, 26.69)… was a points-earner at Austin Peay’s home meet with a seventh-place (1:00.83) at the APSU Invitational… broke the one-minute mark for the first time in her career at the Memphis Invitational, hitting 59.84 to finish 10th overall.
2013-14: Provided depth in middle sprints as a freshman… earned pair of top 10s in the 400m dash at the OSU Tune-Up (10th, 1:02.44) and MT Christmas Invite (10th, 1:01.81)… personal-best 200m dash mark at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold, where she placed 17th with a 26.37 mark.
Prep: Ran sprints and relays for Ryan Smith at Craigmont High School… won several Memphis Interscholastic Athletic Association titles in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m relay… won the 400m dash at the 2012 and 2013 MIAA meet… team placed fourth in the 1600m relay at the 2012 TSSAA Class AAA Championships… was fourth in the 400m at the 2013 state championships with a 58.61 mark; ran personal-best 58.39 in prelims.
Personal: Daughter of Leisa and Robby Crawford… has one sister, Mikki and one brother, MiCaleb… born March 10… plans to major in nursing.
