CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Due to a forecast of rain, along with temperatures dropping into the low 40's, in the southern Indiana area this evening Austin Peay State University's softball game scheduled for Friday versus the University of Evansville has been cancelled.

The two teams will not make up the contest.

The Governors will conclude its fall schedule of inter-collegiate games on Oct. 19, with a doubleheader versus Shawnee Community College at Cheryl Holt Field at Joe and Cathi Maynard Softball Stadium.
