Football Game Day Guide
APSU CODE OF CONDUCT
- Threatening or inconsiderate behavior such as standing in the aisles, portals, or concourses, profane and abusive language, smoking in public areas, solicitation inside or outside the stadium, fighting, and drunkenness will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, arrest, and/or loss of season ticket privileges. Throwing of any objects in the stands or onto the field, including paper and plastic cups will also be prohibited. Should you observe any of this disruptive behavior, please notify your nearest law enforcement officer.
- Access to the field area shall be limited to participating student-athletes, coaches, officials, support personnel, and properly-credentialed individuals at all times. For the safety of participants and spectators alike, at no time before, during, or after a contest shall spectators be permitted to enter the competition area.
- Individuals found violating any policies can be removed from the stadium. Non-students are subject to arrest and prosecution under applicable laws and state statutes. Any items brought into the stadium are subject to being searched.
- Students involved in such activities or other disruptive behavior will also be subject to disciplinary action. Students enjoy the rights and privileges that accrue to membership in a university community and are subject to the responsibilities which accompany that membership.
- The Austin Peay Athletics Department reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises if in the sole opinion of the security personnel his or her conduct endangers or disrupts the players, coaches, officials, or fans.
CASHLESS POLICY
- Starting September 21st, Fortera Stadium will be a fully cashless facility, ensuring contactless payment options for food, beverage, and merchandise.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
- Bags must be clear and not exceed 12"x12"x6". Non-clear bags will be permitted if 6.5"x4.5" or smaller. Exceptions for guests who require medical equipment will be provided.
METAL DETECTORS
- Fortera Stadium now utilizes metal detection upon entry. Please follow the instructions of the gate officials when entering Fortera Stadium
- Please note, only Club and Suite Level ticket holders are encouraged to enter through the Maynard Family Gate entrances
- All guests are subject to Fortera Stadium entry procedures, including metal detection, bag search, and clear bag policy
TICKETS
- Buy Tickets at www.letsgopeay.com/buytickets
- Your phone is your ticket on gameday! Fans should add tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before leaving home to avoid relying on WiFi connectivity on or near campus. Ensure that the mobile device has a good charge and turn the screen brightness to its highest level prior to scanning at the gate or parking lot. Screenshots of tickets will not scan at the gate and will not allow entry.

- Children under the age of three get in free but are expected to sit in the lap of the parent or guardian.
- Military Tickets
- Military who present a valid United States Uniformed Services Privilege and Identification Card (USPIC, also known as Military ID) at the ticket window on gameday will receive a ticket for the general admission sections.
- Tickets can also be claimed online at Vet Tix by Clicking Here!
- You will be allowed only two free tickets per valid USPIC. Also, each person may present only one USPIC at the time of admission.
- No re-entry. Fans cannot leave the stadium and be readmitted. All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity as fans enter the stadium and once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be reused by another guest.
- If fans have difficulty or issues with ticket scanning, please visit the ticket office located between the Jenkins Gate and the Maynard Family Gate. Please be aware that tickets purchased from other resale marketplaces (including StubHub, Vivid Seats, Craigslist, eBay and ticket brokers) are not guaranteed entry into the stadium.

- Will-Call is located only at this Ticket Office
- Beau "Champ" Gate (Opens 1 Hour Prior to Kickoff)
- Pass Lists
- Player Pass List opens an hour and a half prior to kickoff.
- If you are not on the pass list, you will be required to purchase a ticket at the ticket window.
- APSU Player Pass List for football, dance, and cheer will be located between the Jenkins Gate and Maynard Family Gate on the west side of Fortera Stadium
- Visiting Team Pass List will be located at the Beau "Champ" Gate located on the east side of Fortera Stadium (Opens 1 Hour Prior to Kickoff). In the event that the Visiting Team Pass list is not at the gate, it will be located at the Box Office located beside the Beau "Champ" Gate (Opens 1 hour prior to kickoff)
- Will-Call
- Pre-purchased tickets that have not been picked up prior to the game will be available at Will-Call located in the Ticket Office at the Maynard Family Gate
- The ticket purchaser must present a valid photo I.D when picking up tickets
GENERAL TICKETING POLICIES & INFORMATION
- Tickets may be revoked at any time including, but not limited to, if the user is disruptive, endangers others or uses vulgar, threatening, or demanding language or engages in prohibited activity, including smoking/vaping
- No refunds, exchanges or re-admissions are permitted.
- Tickets purchased through third-party sellers (StubHub, Seat Geek, Vivid Seats, TicketSmarter, etc.) will not be accepted, only Ticketmaster approved tickets will be accepted.
- Users should note that the event may be rescheduled without prior notice and that User assumes all risks of injury, illness, or death at the event.
- There is no obligation to replace lost or stolen tickets, and tickets obtained from a source other than the Austin Peay Ticket Office or Ticketmaster may not be honored.
- Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion, contests, or commercial purposes without the express written consent of Austin Peay State University.
ALCOHOL POLICY
- Outside alcohol is prohibited inside Fortera Stadium.
- Guest found with outside alcoholic beverages will be escorted out of the stadium.
- Alcohol will be available to purchase through Fortera Stadium. Everyone will be required to produce valid photo identification to obtain a wristband that allows them the opportunity to purchase alcohol, regardless of age.
- A maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages may be purchased at one time by an individual. Beer sales will conclude at the end of the third quarter.
- Individuals who provide alcohol to a minor, attempt to use a fake ID, or are intoxicated will be ejected from Fortera Stadium and are subject to prosecution.
VISITING FORTERA STADIUM
- Allowed Items:
- Approved medical devices.
- Approved family care items.
- Non-obstructive banners or signs
- Guide or service dogs.
- Seat backs and chair backs (Must be Armless)
- Prohibited Items:
- Outside Alcohol
- Animals (exception for service animals for impaired or disabled guests)
- Backpacks, Bags/Purses larger than (6.5"x4.5").
- Flags
- Drones are not permitted around the perimeter or inside the stadium beginning one hour prior to kickoff and until one hour after its completion.
- Cans, glass, bottles, ice chests, or coolers
- Laser pointers
- Artificial noisemakers of any type (air horns, plastic horns, whistles, etc.)
- Outside food or beverage
- Banners, placards, and leaflets not pre-approved by the athletic department
- Folding chairs or stools
- Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs, lighters, etc.)
- Umbrellas
- Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, blades, explosives, mace, tasers, pocket tools, etc.)
- Concessions
- Concession stands are located on the concourse levels of east and west grandstands offering a variety of food and beverage options
- Entrances
- Gates to Fortera Stadium will open 1 hour prior to kickoff

- Fans experiencing any issues entering the stadium should ask to speak to the Game Operations Coordinator
- APSU has a clear bag policy for all athletic events. Review approved bags in the Bag Policy
- APSU now utlizes Metal Detection at all entrances to Fortera Stadium
- No items can be left or stored at the gates.
- All Diaper bag supplies should be stored in a clear bag.
- First Aid
- For assistance in an emergency situation, please notify a law enforcement officer or an usher.
- Medical services are available at the First Aid station located at the north end of the stadium on the west side concourse level.
- Inclement Weather Policy
- In the event of inclement weather, fans will be alerted via public address and video board announcement to seek shelter on the concourse level of either side of the stadium.
- Fans will be notified via public address and law enforcement officers when it is safe to return to their seats. Until that time, fans WILL NOT be permitted into the seating areas.
- Lost and Found
- Lost items will be taken to the ticket box office on the west (home) side of Fortera Stadium.
- Lost keys and wallets will be taken to the APSU Campus Police Station located in the Shasteen Building, located directly North of Fortera Stadium

- Lost Patrons
- If a patron becomes lost during the game, fans are asked to alert the nearest usher or law enforcement officer.
- Merchandise and Apparel
- Officially licensed Austin Peay merchandise and apparel can be purchased at the Austin Peay Fan Shop, located on the Concourse level of the West (Home) Grandstands.
- Stache Street
- Some general rules and policies for Stache Street, Austin Peay's area for fan congregation will be located in Lot 6
- Opens four hours prior to kickoff for all Saturday contests.
- Closes 30 minutes prior to kickoff (same time as Tailgate Alley)
- Area to be filled with food trucks, gaming trucks, and Tailgate Overflow with weekly vendors subject to change.
- Blazin' VIPeay Zone
- The Blazin' VIPeay Zone is an exclusive VIPeay experience located in the south endzone of Fortera Stadium
- The Blazin' VIPeay Zone includes food and beverage (alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages) beginning 30 minutes prior to kickoff and ending at the start of the 3rd Quarter
- Tickets can be purchased in the Section M for $40, which include Blazin' VIPeay Zone Access, or you can purchase a Blazin' VIPeay Zone add-on for your existing ticket for only $25.

PARKING AT FORTERA STADIUM
- Season Ticket Holders have the opportunity to purchase season parking passes in Lot 6 on the West Side of Fortera Stadium.
- Season Ticket Holders will receive a digital parking pass that will have a barcode that will only be able to be scanned once.
- Media Parking is reserved in Lot 7, on the East Side of Fortera Stadium
- Parking in all other lots and along streets on campus is free and open to the public. Handicap Parking is available in Lot 6 and 7 on a first come first serve basis.
- Drane Street will be closed except for those who have a valid Parking Pass or Tailgate Alley Pass
- Only those who have a valid Parking Pass will be permitted to enter Drane Street to access Lot 6.
ACCESSIBILITY/ADA
- Handicap Parking is available in Lots 6 and 7 on a first come first serve basis. This parking is limited and requires a valid accessible parking permit or license plate.
- Handicap entry to the stadium is located at the Maynard Family (Gate 2)
- Handicap Seating in sections A-H is available for purchase by calling the Ticket Office at (931) 221-7329
GAMEDAY ACTIVITIES
- Gov Walk
- Fans are encouraged to cheer on the Govs as they head into the stadium.
- The team will walk into Fortera Stadium through Tailgate Alley in Lot 6 west of Fortera Stadium
- The team will exit buses on Drane Street near Cathi Maynard Park and Raymond C. Hand Park.
- The Gov Walk will begin 2 and a half hours prior to kickoff.
TAILGATE ALLEY
- Season Tailgate Alley passes are available for purchase at $100 for all 5 home games in Lot 6
- Single-Game Tailgate Alley Passes can be purchased for $25 through the Austin Peay Ticket Office at (931) 221-7329, based on availability.
- Restrooms will be available at Raymond C. Hand Park, located across from Lot 6 on Drane Street
- Accessing Tailgate Alley Update:
- Access to Drane Street will be permitted from Marion Street beginning at 2pm. No access to Drane Street will be allowed from Farris Street.
- Drane Street will be closed at 3pm to prepare for the Gov Walk at 3:30pm
- Drane Street will reopen to Tailgate Alley guests immediately following the Gov Walk.
- Tailgate Alley opens 4 hours prior to kickoff at 2pm. Beginning at 3:30pm, APSU Campus Police will close Stache Street and Tailgate Alley to further parking for the Gov Walk. Vehicles will not be allowed to drive through Tailgate Alley during the Gov Walk. Immediately following the Gov Walk, Tailgate Alley will resume with parking.
- Tailgate Alley Overflow will be available for purchase in Stache Street and will remain available until the lot is full.
- Tailgate Alley will shutdown 30 minutes prior to kickoff and fans are encouraged to enter Fortera Stadium at that time.
