CLARKSVILLE – After a perfect weekend of basketball in the Dunn Center, that saw Austin Peay State University men's and women's basketball each pick up wins against Murray State and Eastern Kentucky, the Govs will head back on the road for pair of games at SIU Edwardsville, Thursday, and Eastern Illinois, Saturday.

To preview a weekend full of basketball, head coaches Matt Figger and David Midlick join the Austin Peay Coaches Show, starting at 6 p.m., Tuesday at Buffalo Wild Wings on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard presented by Five Star Radio Group and the Hand Family Companies.

This week, Figger and Midlick will join host Brian Rives to recap a weekend full of Ohio Valley Conference Basketball in the Dunn Center. The men's and women's teams each picked up wins Thursday night in the First Financial Bank Battle of the Border against Murray State, as Figger posted his first ever win against the Racers. Saturday, both squads took care of business against Eastern Kentucky, wrapping up the first 4-0 OVC weekend in the Dunn Center this season.

Figger, Midlick, and Rives will also preview another important weekend of OVC basketball, as the Governors travel to Edwardsville, Illinois, to take on the Cougars of SIUE, Thursday. Then on Saturday, the Govs will be in Charleston, Illinois, for a pair of contest against the Eastern Illinois Panthers.

Presented weekly, the Austin Peay Coaches Show will feature Austin Peay head basketball coaches Matt Figger and David Midlick throughout the Governors basketball season. Fans can join Figger, Midlick, and host Brian Rives each Tuesday at the newly-renovated Buffalo Wild Wings. Located on Hampton Place, just a stone's throw from Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, Buffalo Wild Wings returns for its third season as the host location for the Austin Peay Coaches' Show. In addition to the show, fans will be able to enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings' BOGO traditional wings special every Tuesday.
