OFFENSIVE SPARKS
- Freshman quarterback Draylen Ellis threw for the first touchdown of his career – a 22-yard strike to Baniko Harley – and ran for the first touchdown of his career – a 16-yard scamper.
- Redshirt freshman quarterback Bryce Robinson threw the first touchdown of his Austin Peay career – a 14-yard strike to DeAngelo Wilson.
- Brian Snead ran for an Austin Peay career-high 69 yards on a career-high 16 rushing attempts.
- DeAngelo Wilson is the first Austin Peay receiver to record a 100-yard receiving game since he posted 130 yards at Sacramento State (12/7/19); Wilson had 124 yards on 16 catches and a touchdown against Tennessee Tech.

- The Austin Peay defense recorded a program record 7 quarterback sacks, topping a pair of six-sack performances against Valparaiso (9/23/00) and UT Martin (11/9/19).
- The Govs recorded 16 tackles for loss, which is the second-best single game mark in program history – it is the first time Austin Peay has recorded 15 or more tackles for loss since they made 16 stops behind the line of scrimmage against Jacksonville (9/30/00).
- The Governors defense held Tennessee Tech to 50 rushing yards, marking the first time the defense has held their opponent under 100-rushing yards since they held Sacramento State (12/7/19) to 99 yards in the second round of the 2019 FCS Playoffs.
SPECIAL TEAMS SPRINTS
- Matt Rigney punted twice for an average of 31 yards, downing one punt inside the 20 with a long of 37 yards.
- Austin Peay punters have not punted into the end zone in 20 consecutive games. The Govs last touchback on a punt came off the foot of Jeremiah Oatsvall on Nov. 3, 2018 against Eastern Kentucky. Since that touchback, APSU punters have 111 punts without a touchback – 45 of those boots have stayed inside the 20-yard line.
