CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Austin Peay State University's annual fundraising event, Govs Give, takes place Tuesday, April 19, offering an opportunity to support not only Governor athletics but the entire university at large.

Beginning 10 a.m. April 19 and running until 7:27 p.m., April 20 – or 1 day, 9 hours and 27 minutes, honoring Austin Peay's 1927 founding year – fans, family, alumni, etc. are encouraged to give support to Austin Peay Athletics in order to enhance the student-athlete experience and adhere to Vice President & Director of Athletics Gerald Harrison's "Total Gov" concept.   

This year, any gift up to $250 is available to receive matching funds of the same designation from Austin Peay.
