CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Looking ahead to Saturday's Salute to Service Game, the Austin Peay Athletics Department and Five Star Radio Group present the weekly Austin Peay Football Coaches Show with head coach Jeff Faris at 6 p.m., Wednesday, at Skyline 500 on the top floor of Shelby's Trio in downtown Clarksville.
Faris joins host Kyle King to recap the Governors' 33-17 loss at Southern Utah in Cedar City, Utah, while also looking ahead to a 3 p.m., Saturday against Central Arkansas at Fortera Stadium.
Defensive back Chase Allen and defensive lineman Antori Hamilton also join Faris and King on this week's Austin Peay Coaches Show.
Allen is coming off a five-tackle outing against the Thunderbirds, where he also picked up his season's first tackle for loss. Allen is sixth on the team with 29 tackles this season and seven with 14 solo tackles after recording a season-high four solo stops last weekend.
Hamilton is coming off a season-high six-tackle outing against SUU, and also tallied his first season's first pass breakup in the decision.
Presented weekly the Austin Peay Coaches Show features head football coach Jeff Faris and various assistant coaches and student-athletes throughout the football season. Fans can join Faris and host Kyle King every Wednesday at Skyline 500 at Shelby's Trio, which is in its first season as the host location for the Austin Peay Coaches Show.
