CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – With the football team returning home following its first United Athletic Conference game of the season, the Austin Peay Athletics Department and Five Star Radio Group present the weekly Austin Peay Coaches Show with head coach Jeff Faris at 6 p.m., Wednesday, at Skyline 500 on the top floor of Shelby's Trio in downtown Clarksville.

Faris joins host Kyle King to recap a 45-31 loss at No. 14 Abilene Christian, before previewing a 1 p.m., Saturday clash with Utah Tech at Fortera Stadium.

Tight end Jackson Head and defensive lineman Kendyle Ball also join Faris and King on this weeks Austin Peay Coaches Show.   

Head is coming off a historic outing against the Wildcats after leading the team with 132 yards and a touchdown – the most receiving yards by a tight end in program history. Head's two touchdowns this season are tied for the best on the team, while his 141 receiving yards and 11 receptions are second and third on the team, respectively. Through four appearances this season, Ball has three tackles, two tackles for loss, two quarterback hurries, and a pass breakup.

Presented weekly the Austin Peay Coaches Show features head football coach Jeff Faris and various assistant coaches and student-athletes throughout the football season. Fans can join Faris and host Kyle King every Wednesday at Skyline 500 at Shelby's Trio, which is in its first season as the host location for the Austin Peay Coaches Show.

The Austin Peay Coaches Show is broadcast live from Skyline 500, airs live on ESPN Clarksville (104.1 FM and 540 AM), and is simulcast online.

If you miss the live airing of the Austin Peay Coaches Show on Wednesday, it will be re-aired on Saturday at 4 p.m. leading into the Governors Sports Network's pregame show, which begins an hour before kickoff.
