CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Coming off a 42-10 United Athletic Conference victory last weekend at Fortera Stadium, the Austin Peay Athletics Department and Five Star Radio Group present the weekly Austin Peay Coaches Show with head coach Jeff Faris at 6 p.m., Wednesday, at Skyline 500 on the top floor of Shelby's Trio in downtown Clarksville.
Faris joins host Kyle to recap the Governors' 32-point victory against Utah Tech, Saturday, before previewing a 3 p.m., Saturday contest against No. 16 West Georgia this weekend. At Fortera Stadium.
Wide receiver Shemar Kirk and linebacker Jake Stonebraker also join Faris and King on this week's Austin Peay Coaches Show.
Kirk is coming off a game in which he had four receptions for 52 yards and two touchdowns – the most receiving touchdowns by a Governor in 2025. Kirk leads APSU with 16 receptions this season, while his 202 yards and two receiving touchdowns are best for second on the team. Stonebraker had his season's best performance against the Trailblazers, with five tackles and his first-career sack against UTU.
Presented weekly the Austin Peay Coaches Show features head football coach Jeff Faris and various assistant coaches and student-athletes throughout the football season. Fans can join Faris and host Kyle King every Wednesday at Skyline 500 at Shelby's Trio, which is in its first season as the host location for the Austin Peay Coaches Show.
The Austin Peay Coaches Show is broadcast live from Skyline 500, airs live on ESPN Clarksville (104.1 FM and 540 AM), and is simulcast online.
If you miss the live airing of the Austin Peay Coaches Show on Wednesday, it will be re-aired on Saturday at 2 p.m. leading into the Governors Sports Network's pregame show, which begins an hour before kickoff.
