CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Coming off a season-opening week on the gridiron and basketball just over a month away from their first exhibition, the Austin Peay State University Athletics Department and Five Star Radio Group present the weekly Austin Peay Coaches Show at 6 p.m., Thursday, at Buffalo Wild Wings on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.

Defensive lineman Kelton Crisp and running back Courtland Simmons join host Kyle King to recap the Governors' 35-17 win against Gardner-Webb last Thursday and to look ahead to Saturday's clash against Vanderbilt in the Music City. Gipson also will join King live to talk all things APSU basketball including the recently-announced 2026-27 schedule and roster.

Presented weekly the Austin Peay Coaches Show features coaches, student-athletes and administrators from around the Austin Peay athletic department. Fans can join the Govs and host Kyle King every Thursday at 6 p.m. at Buffalo Wild Wings, which resumes weekly hosting duties for the 2026-27 year. 

The Austin Peay Coaches Show is broadcast live from the Buffalo Wild Wings on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, airs live on ESPN Clarksville (104.1 FM and 540 AM), and is simulcast online.
