2011-12: Appeared in 11 tournaments... After a tough opening-round 80, rebounded with a second round 72 (her season's best) and a 78 to finish 13th at the Drake Creek Invitational... Placed 14th in the two-round SIUE Intercollegiate, shooting 167 (87-80)... Led the Lady Govs against Belmont, shooting an 80 as the top overall scorer between the two schools... Finished seventh out of 72 at the EKU Lady Colonel Classic, shooting in the 70s (76-74-79) all three rounds... Placed eighth in her first OVC Championship appearance, shooting a 233 (76-78-89).

2010-2011: As a sophomore, Beard played in only eight tournaments, including five as an individual…finished the season with a 82.94 stroke average and .440 win percentage…her best finish, and only top-10, came at the NewWave Communications Classic where she shot 162 (81-81) to finish ninth…shot her season-low round of 79 twice during the season.

2009-10: As a freshman, played in only three tournaments, before wrist injury required season-ending surgery during the winter… shot a pair of season-low 76s in a non-conference dual match against Tennessee State to finish second... also played in the opener at Murray State and the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate… did post a 82.00 stroke average.

High School: Played at Hickman County under former Govs golfer Jim Herron... finished second in the 2009 Class A-AA District 10 tournament after winning it as a junior... twice finished second in the Region 5 A-AA tournament... at the 2008 State Tournament, finished t-13th along with fellow signee Holly Batey... on the junior circuit, Beard finished third at both the Brentwood Bruin and Hardin County Invitationals... was ranked in the Top 20 Senior golfers in Tennessee.

Personal: Daughter of Tracy and Angie Beard... born Nov. 22, 1990... majoring in elementary education.
