2014-15: One of just two Lady Govs to play in all 11 events...APSU's top finisher in 8 competitions...owned Lady Govs low scoring average for third straight season at 77.0 strokes per round...owned three Top-10 finishes, all during fall...claimed fourth at UAB Fall Beach Blast, including season-best 1-under 71 in the first round...took sixth in opening fall event at Drake Creek Invitational...also was ninth in Saluki Invitational...was 16th at Blue Raider Invitational, including opening par-72 round...best fall finish was 16th at the OVC tournament...finished year with win percentage of 68.2 percent...all 28 rounds played were counters in team score.

2013-14:  Had a team best 77.71 per-round average…led the Lady Govs with a .741 win percentage…Had a season-best finish (second) at the Belmont Tri-Match firing a seven-over-par 79…finished in the top-ten on six occasions…finished third in the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate shooting three-over-par 147 (71-76)…finished t-3 at the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate firing a 152 (75-77)…finished t-3 at the UAB Fall Beach Bash finishing one-over-par 145 (73-72)…led the Lady Govs with a t-8 finish at the OVC Conference Championship shooting a three-round total of 231 (79-76-76) 

2012-13: Played in all 10 tournaments as a freshman… was Lady Govs low scorer in seven tournaments, including five straight… owned a team best 78.8 stroke average… Cathey finished in the Top-20 seven times with three Top-10 finishes… she closed out the fall season with a fourth-place finish at the UAB Fall Beach Blast shooting 152 (78-74)… also finished in fourth in spring-opening Racer Invitational with a score of 78… recorded second hole-in-one and first of APSU career at 11th hole on second day of OVC championships at GreyStone… shot 74 on day and ended up tied for 9th in her first OVC Championship, shooting 230 (78-74-78).

Prior to APSU: Part of a Soddy Daisy program under head coach Kevin Templeton that won the 2009 and 2010 TSSAA State Championship... 2010 Chattanooga-area Girls Golf Player of the Year... Won the district tournament as an individual in 2010 and the region tournament in 2011... Finished fourth as an individual in the 2010 state tournament... Graduated eighth in her class.
