2010 Singles: Named OVC Freshman of the Year and first-team All-OVC in her initial season... joined the Lady Govs at the spring semester’s start... played at No. 2 singles where she posted a 16-2 record, including a perfect 9-0 OVC mark...  won her first collegiate match in three sets, against Belmont’s Catherine Holliday... from there, she lost two of her next four matches, but found her stride to start OVC play... won in three sets against Jacksonville State’s first-team All-OVC pick Martina Dessbesell... backed that up with another three-set win before settling in to win eight straight matches in straight sets... won the deciding match of the 2010 OVC Tournament in dramatic fashion... lost the first set, but battled through leg cramps to take the next two, including a 7-5 third-set win for the match. Doubles: Played exclusively at No. 2 doubles, teaming with senior Michelle Liew for the season’s first half and senior Yuki Nakamura for the second half... with Liew, posted a 6-5 reocrd, but suffered league losses at Tennessee Tech and UT Martin... joined up with Nakamura for the Southeast Missouri match, March 30, and posted a 9-0 mark the rest of the way... the most impressive match was an 8-0 win against Eastern Kentucky at the OVC tournament.

High School: Played in various events on the European Tennis circuit at the Junior level... made it to the second round at Torhout... was ranked as high as 787 in ITF Juniors.

Personal: Daughter of Waltraud Doersam-Wende and Peter Doersam... born July 27, 1989... plans to major in business management.
