High School: Played at Science Hill High School where he was named all-district three times... led the Hilltoppers to a 2007 State Championship going 21-0 in his senior season... won the 2007 State Doubles Championship, going 22-1 overall... was ranked No. 2 as a 16-year-old and No. 5 as a 18-year-old... ranked as high as No. 92 in the USTA Southern rankings... received the Civitan Citizenship Award and the Bonnie Sampson Award.
