Biography

2009 Outlook: Will move across the infield to third base this season after playing primarily at second base the last two seasons ... smart player, with good lateral movement ... quiet leader and hard worker.

2008 (Junior): One of only three Lady Govs to appear and start in all 47 games in 2008, including 37 starts at second base and 10 at third base ... had career-best five-game hitting streak (3/13-16) ... recorded 123 assists in 2008, sixth most by a Lady Govs player in single season and along with Brittany Williams became the first pair of infielders to have 100-plus assists in the same season since 2000 ... tied for fifth on team with four multiple-hit games (4) ... set single-game career bests for RBIs (2) versus Samford (3/16), walks (2) versus Nichols State (2/23) and assists (7) versus Tennessee-Martin (3/25) ... won teams most improved player award.

2007 (Sophomore): Appeared in 26 games, starting 19, including 11 at second base and eight coming at third base ... finished season batting .143 with six hits in 42 at bats, including first career extra-base hit (double) versus Oakland University (2/23) ... had career-high three hits in same Oakland game, going 3-for-3 ... finished with three RBIs, including first college RBI versus George Washington (2/24) ... recorded career-high four putouts versus Mercer (2/23) ... tied career-high four assists versus Jacksonville State (4/21).

2006 (Freshman): Appeared in 16 games, including 11 starts at third base ... batted .125 with four hits in 32 at bats ... had career-high four at bats versus East Tennessee (3/3) ... recorded career-high two sacrifice bunts versus Boston University (2/24) ... had two-game hitting streak ... twice set career-high with four assists (Georgia Tech 3/4, Cumberland 3/8).

High School: Played shortstop for Tanya Lancaster at Eastern High School ... was named to all-state, all-region, all-metro and all-district team after senior season ... received Eagle Award, which is highest honor given by her high school.

Personal: Daughter of Denise Richards and the late Peter Henke ... has one older brother, Dustin ... birthday is on Sept. 28 ... health and human performance major, with a focus in wellness promotion.
