Biography

Academics: AD Honor Roll (S16)

2015: Slot receiver continued to be a key target in the passing game… needs 19 catches as a senior for 100 in his career… caught at least one pass in every game in 2015… season-high 50 receiving yards, 44 coming on his season’s first touchdown catch, at Southern Miss… three catches, 23 yards and a score at Vanderbilt… season-high four catches for 27 yards at Eastern Kentucky… his 18-yard punt return against Southeast Missouri in the home finale was a career-high… had multiple catches in each of the final seven games, including three for 29 yards at Tennessee Tech in the season finale.

2014: Again led the Govs in receptions with 26 grabs as a sophomore… lined up in the slot and in the backfield as well as back deep to receive on kickoff and punt returns… ran for season-high 33 yards on nine carries against Jacksonville State… ended the season with three straight games of five catches: against Tennessee State (54 yards and a touchdown), at Southeast Missouri (50 yards) and against Tennessee Tech (28 yards).

2013: Appeared in all 12 games in 2013, mostly at wide receiver… led team with 30 catches on the year… in first appearance as running back had 16 rushes for 109 yards and three TDs against Southeast Missouri… also added season-high five catches for 32 yards against the Redhawks… had three catches for 20 yards at Tennessee… had season long 33-yard reception against Ohio… had five games with three or more catches in 2013.

Prep: Played running back, wide receiver and defensive back at Portage High School…as a prep senior rushed for 1200 yards while also collecting 300 yards receiving…accounted for 20 TDs rushing, receiving and kick returns…on defense, credited with three interceptions and 45 stops…named all-conference, all-area and all-state as senior…also selected to play in all-star game…chosen National Football foundation Scholar-Athlete….earned academic honors diploma.

Personal: Son of Earl and Tish Coleman... father Earl played football at Purdue... has two sisters, Brittany and Brianna... born Oct. 25, 1994.
