Honors: Athletic Directors Honor Roll: F13

2014: Opened the season as the starter under center, and was the Govs starting quarterback for the final two regular season contests as well… in the Govs near-upset against Tennessee State, he carried the ball a season-high 14 times for 49 yards and was 8-for-17 for 104 yards through the air, rushing for one score and throwing for another… ended the year with an 18-for-32, 224-yard performance against Tennessee Tech.

2013: Sat out 2013 season after transferring from Central Arkansas… lefty completed 17 of 22 passes for 142 yards and two TDs in spring game… also had 19 yards rushing on four attempts.

At Central Arkansas: Did not appear in game in 2012 after redshirting in 2011.

High School: Played quarterback for Houston High School… chosen Two-time 3-5A All-District quarterback… 2010 Liberty Bowl All-State Game MVP… all-time leading passer in Houston High School history… completed 156 of 275 career attempts for 2,341 yards… also rushed for 784 yards… also was two-year letterman.in basketball.

Personal: Computer science: database administration major with computer networking minor… son of Arthur Taylor and Tyra Taylor… born Feb. 6… member of ACT 31 & Up Club while in high school… sister Jasmine played basketball at Arkansas State.
