2016 Cross Country

• Broke the 17-minute barrier in a 5k race in the first race of the season at Belmont, finishing fourth on the team
• Ran a 28:56.6 8k in the OVC Championships 8k, finishing 70th overall

2015 Cross Country

• Finished 15th in the Powerade Invitational 5k with a mark of 16:28.25
• Had season’s top performance at the APSU Cross Country Festival four-mile, finishing 4th with a time of 21:25
• Fourth-best on the team at the Greater Louisville Classic 8k (26:51.53)

2014 Cross Country

• Posted back-to-back top-20 finishes with a 12th-place outing at the APSU Invitational (23:59) and a sixth-place finish at the JSU Foothills Invite 8k (27:11.97)
• Finished 60th overall (27:02.44) in the OVC Championships 8k

2013 Cross Country  

• Earned back-to-back top-20 finishes with a 15th-place performance at the Powerade Invitational 5k (17:06.74) and a seventh-place finish at the Fleet Feet Invitational 8k (27:56.60)
• Also claimed a 37th-place finish at the Front Runner Invitational 5k with a mark of 16:26.80… Earned a 61st-place finish (27:42.84) at the OVC Championships 8k

Prep

• Was a two-time all-area selection at Rossview High School, where he made state championship appearances as a junior and senior
• Runner-up in the TSSAA Region 5-A championship, one week after posting his prep personal best mark of 16:36.60 in the five-kilometer run
