2016 Cross Country

• Placed in 4th on the team at the APSU Invitational, running a personal-best 23:23 in the four-mile distance
• Scored for the Govs at the OVC Championships 8k, placing fifth on the team and 67th overall with a time of 28:36.4

2015 Cross Country

• Posted solid time (17:34.99) in the Powerade Invitational 5K
• Best finish of the season came at the APSU Cross Country Festival four-mile (19th, 23:00)
• Final meet of the year came at the XC Only National Invitational 8k, where he finished 31st with a time of 28:20.70.

2014 Cross Country

• Participated in the Belmont Opener 5k and placed 60th overall with a time of 18:47.63.

Prep

• Ran for George Hood at McGavock (Tenn.) High School
• Holds the school record in the steeplechase, 1500m, and the 3000m
• Was a member of the three time cross country district champions, Metro City champions, and team was undefeated during the falls of 2011, 2012, 2013
• Was a finalist at the 2013 AAU Junior Olympics in both the 3000m and the 1500m
