AD’s Honor Roll (F17, S19)

2018 (Junior): Played in nine games and recorded starts against Jacksonville State (Sept. 29) and Tennessee Tech (Oct. 27)… finished fourth on the team with 335 yards rushing on 86 carries… had the longest play of the season for the Govs when he caught a 75-yard touchdown pass against JSU… carried the ball 12 times for 68 yards and a touchdown at Morehead State (Sept. 15)… had season highs with 15 carries for 74 yards against Tennessee Tech (Oct. 27)… scored touchdowns in consecutive games against Tennessee State (Oct. 6) and Southeast Missouri (Oct. 13)… finished fifth on the team with 123 receiving yards.

2017 (Sophomore): Reserve running back who saw action in the first 10 games of the season... carried the ball 57 times for 194 yards and two scores... tallied 13 carries for 71 yards and a touchdown against Tennessee Tech (Nov. 4)... rushed for 59 yards and a touchdown on seven carries against Morehead State (Sept. 16).

Prior to Austin Peay: Made three appearances, carrying the ball 11 times for 59 yards, as a freshman at Illinois… had eight carries for 47 yards in his debut against Murray State, including a career-long 17-yard run… nation’s No. 2 ranked fullback coming out of high school, where he rushed for 7,604 yards and 120 touchdowns en route to helping Leeds High School to back-to-back 4A state titles in 2014 and 2015.

Personal: Son of Ellis Nation Jr. and LaShawn Phillips… eldest of four children (Antwan, Elissa and Ean)… born Oct. 21… majoring in kinesiology.
