2020 (Redshirt Junior): Started all three games under center during the fall… Went 14-of-31 for 181 yards through the air against Central Arkansas (Aug. 29), added 37 yards and a touchdown on the ground… Punted seven times against Central Arkansas, averaging 38.1 yards with two kicks downed inside the 20-yard line… Tossed for 202 yards on 20 completions against No. 13 Cincinnati (Sept. 19).

2019 (Junior): Began 2019 as Govs No. 1 quarterback but was injured early in Week 2 contest against Central Arkansas and missed season’s remainder… Opened season with promising 24-for-39 passing performance against North Carolina Central (Aug. 29), with three touchdowns and 232 passing yards… Injured on Govs’ ninth play from scrimmage against Central Arkansas (Sept. 7), after starting the day 2-for-3 passing for five yards.

2018 (Sophomore): Played in all 11 games and started eight, including the final seven contests of the year… completed 104-of-201 passes for 1,631 yards and 20 touchdowns to 10 interceptions… led the OVC and finished fourth nationally in yards per completion at 15.68… second on the team with 517 yards rushing and six touchdowns… set the APSU single-season record with 26 touchdowns responsible for… completed 15-of-19 passes for a career-best 279 yards and tied a program record with five touchdown passes against Tennessee Tech (Oct. 27)… completed 12 passes for 245 yards and four touchdowns at Jacksonville State (Sept. 29)… capped the season with a 15-of-23 performance for 193 yards and four touchdowns against Murray State… became the first Gov to throw four or more touchdown passes in three games in a single season… threw for 121 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 117 and another score in the Govs’ record-setting offensive performance at Morehead State (Sept. 15)… Oatsvall averaged 7.51 yards of total offense per play, which topped the APSU record book… his 142.8 pass efficiency rating for the season eclipsed the previous program high mark of 139.2 set by Brian Baker in 2001… 8.11 yards per pass attempt ranked second in the OVC and was just behind his program record set in 2017.

2017 (Freshman): Named OVC Freshman of the Year, while also being selected Second-Team All-OVC and to the OVC All-Newcomer team… played in all 12 games, starting in the final five contests of the season… completed 80 of 141 passes for 1,148 yards and seven touchdowns, while adding 453 yards and six touchdowns on the ground… set school record with 8.1 yards per pass attempt on the season, and finished with a 135.8 pass efficiency rating for the season, the second-highest mark in Austin Peay history… threw for a season-high 209 yards against American Athletic Conference and Peach Bowl champions Central Florida (Oct. 28)… completed a 74-yard pass to Kyran Moore against UCF, the fourth-longest completion in school history… rushed for a season-high 82 yards against Tennessee State (Oct. 14).

High School: Three year letter winner at Brentwood Academy… Holds 15 school records including most career rushing touchdowns as a quarterback with 35, most career rushing yards as a quarterback with 2,645 yards, most career passing yards with 6,111, most career passing touchdowns with 56, most career touchdowns responsible for with 91… Holds the Tennessee state championship game record with most yards responsible for with 495… Two-time state most valuable player… Three-time all-state performer… Also plays basketball... Twice named state most valuable player… Rated a three-star prospect from 247sports.com and a two-star prospect by Rivals.com… Ranked the No. 17 dual threat quarterback in the country… Ranked the No. 31 prospect in the state of Tennessee.
