Athletics Director’s Honor Roll (S17, F17, S18, F18, F19)
2019 (Redshirt Senior): Punted a career-high 62 times, averaging 36.9 yards per kick… dropped 19 punts inside the 20-yard line, without a single touchback on the season… was successful on a pair of fourth-down conversions, completing passes of 20 yards and 24 yards against Central Arkansas (Sept. 7) and Montana State (Dec. 13), respectively… dialed in a career-best four punts inside the 20 against Southeast Missouri (Oct. 12)… connected on a season-long 57-yard punt against Eastern Kentucky (Nov. 2), to help the Governors pick up an overtime win… ranks seventh all-time in punt yards (7,812) and punt attempts (199)… averaged 39.26 yards per punt in his career, which is the best mark in program history.
2018 (Redshirt Junior): Averaged 41.03 yards per punt on 58 kicks, which is the third-highest single-season average at APSU… only six of his 58 boots were touchbacks, while 17 were fair caught and 12 were pinned inside the 20-yard line… booted eight punts 50 yards or better, including a season-best 65-yarder at Jacksonville State (Sept. 29)… tied a career-high with eight punts at JSU, averaging 46.5 per kick, with three of 50-yards or more… planted two punts inside the 20 against Presbyterian (Sept. 8), Tennessee State (Oct. 6), Eastern Kentucky (Nov. 3) and Murray State (Nov. 17)… handled kickoff duties at Southeast Missouri (Oct. 13), averaging 62.0 yards on four kickoffs.
2017 (Redshirt Sophomore): Set the program record for highest punt average for a season, recording 41.48 yards per punt on 48 kicks… averaged 48.7 yards per punt on three punts against Tennessee Tech (Nov. 4), a mark that ranks second at APSU… also set the third-best mark of 48.3 yards per punt on seven punts against Jacksonville State (Oct. 7)… converted a 4th-and-15 with a 21-yard run on a fake punt in the season finale against Eastern Illinois.
2016 (Redshirt Freshman): Found a home on special teams, contributing 31 punts for 1,153 yards (37.2 ypp)… booted a season-long 66-yarder against Tennessee Tech, Sept. 10… the 42.3 yards per punt he averaged in the Sept. 24 contest at Eastern Illinois represented a season-best… booted two punts beyond 50 yards against Murray State, Oct. 1.
