2021-22: Competed in six meets during both the indoor and outdoor season … during the indoor season, ran a career-best time of 41.21 in the 300-meter dash to finish 12th … won the 400-meter dash at the Don DeNoon Invite with a time of 59.70 … during the outdoor season, ran a career-best time of 25.37 in the 200-meter dash at the Kentucky Track & Field Invitational … earned a career-best mark of 1.55 meters in the high jump at the Outdoor Music City Challenge
2020-21: Continued a fantastic career, boosting her credentials as an individual runner while remaining a vital relays resource… helped the Govs to three top-three finishes in the 4x400-meter relays, including a win in the event at the Bill Cornell Invite… took sixth in the 400-meter at the Hilltopper Relays (59.12) and posted a career-best 1.55 meter high jump mark in Bowling Green… just missed the finals of the 400-meter dash at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships, placing ninth at 57.52, and helped the Govs earn a silver medal in the 4x400-meter relays at 3:48.51.
2019-20: Sprint and relay standout a huge part of the title team… never finished lower than second in the 4x400m relay, with three wins… best individual finish in the 400m dash came in the season-opener with a fifth-place showing on a 59.58 run… helped the Govs win the 4x400m at the Thundering Herd Invitational, Samford Open and the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships, which secured the 2020 OVC Indoor title for the Govs… made the final as an individual in the 400m dash at the OVC Indoor Championships, picking up a point with an eighth-place finish on a season-best 57.93 run.
2018-19: Continued progression as an individual while remaining an indispensable part of the relay unit… ninth in the 400m dash at the Ed Temple Classic, later followed by an eighth-place showing at the Fred Wilt Open… helped the Govs to five top-five finishes in the 4x400m relay during indoor season, including a victory at the Bulldog Open… helped Govs to back-to-back 4x400m runner-up finishes to open outdoor season at the Coastal Carolina Invitational and Vanderbilt Black and Gold… ran a leg for winning 4x400m quartets at the Hilltopper Relays and APSU Invitational… broke 58 seconds with a seventh-place, 57.84 showing in the 400m at the Hilltopper Relays… placed fourth in the 400m at the APSU Invitational… closed season with back-to-back wins in the 4x400m at the Memphis Tiger Invitational and Ohio Valley Conference Championships, earning gold in the latter… also had a personal-best 57.20 in the 400m at the OVC Outdoor Championships.
2017-18: Talented young sprinter contributed as an individual and in relays… personal-best in the 200m (27.05) at the Commodore Invitational… personal-best 400m indoor mark at the Thundering Herd Invitational (1:00.70)… did her best work during relays, contributing to four top-five finishes—including a runner-up honor at the Buckeye Tune-Up—and a season-best 3:55.03 in the 4x400m event to place fifth and earn points at the 2018 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships… broke the minute-mark in the 400m for the first time as a Gove at the Memphis Tiger Invitational with a personal-best 59.91 mark… four top-five finishes during the outdoor 4x400m season, including a win at the APSU Invitational, a season-best 3:45.39 to earn second at the Memphis Tiger Invitational and a bronze-medal winning run at the 2018 OVC Outdoor Championships.
Prior to Austin Peay: Competed in the 200m dash at Antioch High School, posting a personal-best 26.34 mark.
