2021-22: Competed in seven events during the indoor season and four during the outdoor campaign, primarily at pole vault … finished in the top ten in every pole vault event this season … successfully defended her OVC Indoor Pole Vault championship …. qualified for the NCAA East Prelims for the second year in a row … began the indoor season with a career-best and school-record mark of 4.20-meters at the Don DeNoon Invite … won the OVC Indoor Pole Vault title with a mark of 4.15 meters … earned her first outdoor pole vault victory at the WKU Hilltopper Relays, winning the event with a mark of 4.05 meters
2020-21: Picked up four wins in her second season and made her first NCAA East Preliminary appearance as a Gov… opened the season with three straight wins at the Bill Cornell Invite (3.80 meters), Margaret Simmons Invitational (4.01 meters) and Hilltopper Relays (3.75 meters)… set a personal-best with a 4.12 meter mark at the Kentucky Open, where she took runner-up honors and later earned Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honors… won the OVC Outdoor Track and Field pole vault title with a meet-record 4.06 meter mark for her first outdoor gold… in her first NCAA East Preliminary attempt, finished 25th with a 4.07 meter vault… her final three marks of the season were the second-, fifth- and sixth-best outdoor pole vault marks in Austin Peay history.
2019-20: The latest pole vault great to come through Clarksville… never finished lower than fifth in eight attempts as a freshman, with a pair of victories… took third in her collegiate debut at the Saluki Fast Start, hitting 3.45m… fifth-place, 3.75m mark at the Gene Edmonds Memorial earned her OVC Field Athlete of the Week honors… runner-up showing at the Thundering Herd Invitational thanks to a 3.72m mark… 3.80m height at the Bulldog Open netted runner-up honors… earned first career win with a 3.85m mark at the Redhawk Open… earned gold in her first Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championship attempt, with a personal-best 3.94m mark at the 2020 OVC Indoor Championships.
Prior to Austin Peay: Dutch national champion on the junior level in her homeland... also an accomplished gymnast.
Personal: Daughter of Yvonne den Hartog and Alfred Schouten... has four siblings: Lisa, Onno, Minke and Jesse... born July 19... majoring in finance.
