2023: A Second Team All-UAC and PFF FCS All-America selection, he played in all 12 games and made 11 starts at cornerback⦠Recorded a season-best seven tackles ā with five solo stops ā to go along with a forced fumble and pass breakup at Tennessee (Sept. 9)⦠Had four tackles and two interceptions ā including a 20-yard pick-six ā at Stephen F. 2022: Played in eight games and made four starts at cornerback for the Govs⦠Made a tackle in the season opener against Western Kentucky (Aug. 27)⦠Recorded a tackle and his first collegiate pass breakup against Presbyterian (Sept. 3)⦠Had a tackle and two more pass breakups against Mississippi Valley State (Sept. 10)⦠Posted career-highs of nine tackles. 3.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, and two pass breakups against Alabama A&M (Sept. 17)⦠His 3.0 TFLs against AAMU went for a loss of 17 yards with 11 of those coming on his first collegiate sack⦠Made his first-career start and tallied four tackles against Eastern Kentucky (Sept. 24)⦠Notched three more tackles and a sack at Central Arkansas⦠Recorded three tackles and a pass breakup against Murray State (Oct. 15)⦠Made four tackles and broke up a pass against Alabama (Nov. 19), also recorded his first collegiate interception against the Crimson Tide in Bryant-Denny Stadium⦠Finished the season with 26 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, and an interception⦠Also ranked second on the team and was tied for fifth in the ASUN with seven pass breakups.
