Honors: Athletics Director’s Honor Roll: S13, F14
2014: Converted to defensive back during spring practice after playing first two seasons as wide receiver… Made a seamless transition to the defensive side of the ball in 2014 and started the season’s first two contests… totaled seven tackles from his spot as safety in 2014, including two in the opener at Memphis… also had two tackles, including his lone tackle for loss, at Eastern Illinois.
2013: Appeared in seven games in 2013, but did not catch a pass.
2012: Played in 10 of 11 games in 2012… made 10 catches for 136 yards and two touchdowns as a freshman; the two scores were tied for second-most among the Govs… after not seeing time in the opener, got on the field against Virginia Tech but would not catch a pass during his first five games… first career reception was a 38-yard touchdown catch against Eastern Kentucky… made one catch for seven yards against Southeast Missouri… had season’s best performance against Jacksonville State, catching seven passes for 78 yards, including a 24-yard TD… had one catch for 13 yards in finale against Tennessee Tech.
High School: As senior wide receiver for Ooltewah, caught 47 passes for 887 yards with 8 TDs, including a long of 75 yards… had eight catches for 214 in one contest and four receptions for 137 yards in another… as defensive back, had five interceptions for 165 yards in returns along with 25 tackles… named to Chattanooga Times Free Press first-team Best of Preps at wide receiver… chosen district wide receiver of the year… voted team offensive MVP.
Personal: Health major with preprofessional health minor… son of Gwen Creech and Mark Creech… born June 29.
