Biography
2021-22: Competed in 13 meets total between the indoor and outdoor seasons … recorded four individual top-five finishes … began the indoor season at the Ed Temple Invitational, registering career-best times in the 55-meter dash (7.57) and 55-meter hurdles (8.79) … tallied a career-best time of 43.76 at the Commodore Indoor in the 300-meter dash … earned a 10th place finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the OVC Indoor Championships with a career-best mark of 9.03 … at the OVC Outdoor Championships, claimed career-best times in the 100-meter hurdles (15.16) and 400-meter hurdles (1:04.75)
Prior to Austin Peay: A staple in Alabama's State Track and Field Championships, both indoor and outdoor, during her prep career at Fort Payne High School, qualifying for the championships nine times… medaled 10 times, including a 60-meter hurdles gold medal in February 2020… set school records in both the 60-meter (9.17) and 300-meter (45.76) hurdles, helping Fort Payne win six-straight 6A-Section IV championships… departed Fort Payne as record-holder in the 60-meter hurdles, 100-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles, 400-meter dash and 4x400-meter relay… as an eighth-grader, Wallace was ranked as the No. 17 300-meter hurdler in the nation.
