As a senior in 2024-25: One of four Governors to play in the lineup in all 10 tournaments… ranked second on the team with a 75.61 scoring average and tied for the team lead with six rounds at even or under par… also led the Govs with a counting score in 25-of-28 rounds played… finished tied for third and led the Govs in Kansas State’s Powercat Invitational with a score of 219 (70-74-75)… helped the Governors to a team victory at Murray State’s The Velvet, shooting 222 (74-70-76) and finishing third… led the Govs and tied for fifth at Missouri’s Johnie Imes Invitational with a score of 146 (72-74)… beat Murray State’s Elin Tynan, 2&1, in match play to help the Govs secure a 4-3 win the Battle of the Border Match Play… shot 228 (72-77-79) and finished tied for 42nd at Arkansas State’s Lady Red Wolves Classic… carded a 224 (73-79-72) and finished tied for 48th at Hawaii’s Rainbow Wahine Invitational… opened the spring with another top-10 finish when she shot 224 (76-75-73) and finished in seventh at the Momentum Transportation UNF Collegiate… added a second-straight top-10 finish when she tied for seventh at The Nashville Invitational with a score of 221 (71-74-76)… finished tied for 38th with a score of 155 (80-75) at the Tennessee Spring Challenge… closed her collegiate career with a 45th-place finish at the ASUN Women’s Golf Championship.
As a junior in 2023-24: A 2024 First Team All-ASUN selection, she was one of five Governors to play in the lineup in all 11 tournaments… led the Govs with a 73.35 scoring average, four rounds in the 60s, 13 rounds at even or under par, and a counting score in 29-of-31 rounds played… also recorded a 621-159-12 record against the field with a .796 winning percentage… led the Govs with a score of 217 (79-66-72) and a ninth-place finish at Missouri State’s Payne Stewart Memorial… carded the second-best round in APSU history when she shot six-under 66 in the second round of the Payne Stewart Memorial… helped the Govs to the first of three-straight team victories when she shot 219 (71-74-74) and finished fifth at UAB’s Hoover Invitational… earned her second-career victory when she tied with teammate Kady Foshaug for individual medalist honors at the APSU Intercollegiate with a tournament-record score of five-under 211 (66-72-73)… matched her season’s best round and the second-best round in APSU history when she shot six-under 66 in the opening round of the APSU Intercollegiate… also recorded the third-best 36-hole score (138) and fifth-best 54-hole score (211) in program history at the APSU Intercollegiate… picked up her second-straight individual victory and her third three-round tournament win – an Austin Peay career record – when she shot 212 (71-68-73) at the Saluki Invitational… carded the sixth-best 18-hole score in APSU history when she shot four-under 68 in the second round of the Saluki Invitational… also recorded the fourth-best 36-hole score (139) and seventh-best 54-hole score (212) in program history at the Saluki Invitational… led the Govs again at Arkansas State’s Lady Red Wolves Classic with a score of even-par 216 (75-69-72) and a fifth-place finish… recorded the 10th-best 54-hole score (216) in APSU history at the Lady Red Wolves Classic… posted her fifth-straight top-five finish when she shot 221 (71-76-74) and finished tied for fourth at Samford’s Huntsville.org Intercollegiate… added her sixth top-five finish of the season at Lipscomb’s Lady Bisons Classic when she shot 221 (74-77-70) and finished in fifth place… shot 221 (72-73-76) and finished 20th at the ASUN Women’s Golf Championship… finished second on the team and 34th overall when she shot 231 (79-78-74) at the National Golf Invitational presented by Golfweek at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club.
As a sophomore in 2022-23: A 2023 Second Team All-ASUN selection, she was one of four Governors to play in all 10 tournaments… recorded a counting score for the team in all 29 rounds she played… posted a team-best 74.62 scoring average… ranked second on the team with two rounds in the 60s and six rounds at even or under par… led the Govs in second-rounding scoring with a 73.80 scoring average… had a team-best .865 (664-104-26) winning percentage… opened the season by shooting a seven-under 64 and a five-under 66 in the first two rounds of the GolfWeek Fall Challenge – the two best 18-hole scores in Austin Peay history… shot a 204 (64-66-74) at the Golfweek Fall Challenge to pick up her first collegiate win and post the best 54-hole score in program history… finished tied for seventh at the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate with a score of 233 (80-73-80)… helped the Governors win the Butler Fall Invitational by shooting a 226 (75-80-71) and finishing tied for 5th place… paced the Govs at the Lady Red Wolves Classic with a score of 216 (70-70-76) – the 10th-best tournament score in APSU history – and an 11th-place finish… tallied a score of 158 (78-78) to finish in 18th place and help the Governors win the Charles Braun Intercollegiate… shot a 219 (76-71-72) and finished tied for fourth – and tied for the best finish by a Gov – at the Huntsville.org Intercollegiate… posted her fourth top-five finish and fifth top-10 finish of the season when she shot a 223 (75-73-75) and finished in fifth place to help the Governors win the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate… paced the Govs for the fourth time when she shot a 229 (77-75-77) and finished tied for 18th place at the Babs Steffens Invitational… helped the Governors close the regular season with their fourth team win at the Colonel Classic when she shot a 222 (73-74-75) and finished tied for 12th place… carded a 234 (82-77-75) and finished tied for 33rd place at the ASUN Women’s Golf Championship.
As a freshman in 2021-22: The OVC Freshman of the Year, she was an All-OVC and OVC All-Newcomer Team selection in her debut season… played in all 11 tournaments for Austin Peay and led the team with 26 of her 28 rounds counting towards the team score… led the OVC with a 75.25 scoring average… led the Governors with eight rounds under par and two rounds in the 60’s, she also led the team in first and second round scoring… finished second on the team and tied for 15th overall after shooting a 224 (73-74-77) in her collegiate debut at the MSU Payne Stewart Memorial… led the Governors for the first time with a sixth place finish at the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate after shooting a 222 (73-72-77)… shot a season-best 210 (69-72-69) at the Butler Fall Invitational to lead the Govs to their first three-round tournament victory in program history… her aggregate score of 210 at the Butler Fall Invitational is the third-best 54-hole score in Austin Peay history… carded the eighth-best 54-hole score in program history when she shot a 214 (71-73-70) and finished in sixth place at the Lady Red Wolves Classic… finished tied for second at Tennessee State’s Town & Country Invitational after shooting a 144 (71-73)… opened the spring with a 5&3 match play win over Presbyterian’s Sarah Boteler at The Citadel’s Oyster Shuck Match Play… led Austin Peay to its first-ever OVC Championship when she shot a 218 (71-75-72) and finished in third place, earning OVC All-Tournament honors, at the conference tournament… helped the Govs erase an eight-shot deficit on the back nine in the third round by playing the final four holes at even par and tapping in for par on the 18th to clinch the conference title… shot a 235 (82-76-77) at the NCAA Franklin Regional and finished in 59th place at the event.
Prior to Austin Peay: Was the 2019 Georgia Junior PGA Tour Player of the Year and the 2020 Southern States Junior Classic Tour Player of the Year for her age group, displaying a dominance that saw her average 74 strokes per 18-hole round over the last year and picked up six wins on the Georgia Junior tour… for Northview High School, Scutt was a three-time top-10 finisher at the Georgia Class 6A Girls Golf Championships; the Titans won the state title in 2018.
Personal: Erica E. Scutt is the daughter of Josh and Amy Scutt… has a sister, Alexa… her father, Josh, played football at Northern Michigan and in the Arena Football League… born February 19… a marketing major.
