On behalf of President Mike Licari and Interim Director of Athletics Jordan Harmon, we welcome you to the University Suite at F&M Bank Arena. Here's a comprehensive guide to answer some frequently asked questions and assist you in making the most of your suite experience. We hope you and your guests have an incredible time making memories!

How many tickets are available to the University Suite?

The University Suite has a seating capacity of 36.

Are standing room only tickets available for the University Suite?

No, SRO tickets are not available for the University Suite. There are 36 seats in the suite.

Do all guests need tickets regardless of age?

All children 2 and older require a ticket.

How will our tickets be distributed?

Tickets will be distributed by University Chief of Staff, Carol Clark, or Senior Associate AD/Chief of Staff, Toni-Ann Derby, to the designated individual the suite has been assigned to for the event via Ticketmaster. That individual is responsible for distributing tickets to their guests.

Please note that suite access will be granted only to individuals with valid suite tickets. It is important to distribute tickets to your guests in advance and inform them about the guidelines mentioned in this email.

What if we have problems with our tickets?

If you have ticket issues before the day of the event, please reach out to the individual who sent you the ticket(s).

If you have problems on the day of the event, please visit the Box Office at F&M Bank Arena.

Will food and beverage be provided in the University Suite?

The individual assigned to the University Suite is responsible for paying for any purchase of food and beverage via credit card to Sodexo Live.

Do parking passes come with the use of the University Suite

Parking passes are NOT included with the use of the suite. For parking information please visit www.myfmbankarena.com

Are animals allowed in the University Suite?

Animals are not allowed in F&M Bank Arena unless they are service animals. Regardless of credentials, animals are not permitted in the University Suite.

Is there a bag policy?

Yes, medical bags, parenting bags, clear bags (12x12x6) and non-clear bags (6.5x4.5 or smaller) are permitted. Backpacks of any kind are not permitted.

Are there any expectations as a guest of the University Suite?

Dress Code: Some premium seating areas may have a dress code or certain attire expectations. It's advisable to dress in a manner that is appropriate for the setting.

Respect Other Guests: Premium seating areas are often more exclusive and intimate, so it's important to be respectful of other guests. Avoid excessive noise, use polite language, and be mindful of your behavior.

Interact Responsibly: If your premium seating package includes opportunities for interaction with players, coaches, or other VIPs, be respectful and considerate during these interactions.

Code of Conduct: We expect all suite holders and their guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behavior that violates our code of conduct, including harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct towards others, will not be tolerated. Such violations may result in immediate removal from the suite and potential revocation of suite privileges.
