2020-21 (Senior): Started three games at center during the fall portion of the 2020-21 season... served as the Governors captain at Pittsburgh (Sept. 12).
2019 (Junior): A first-team All-OVC selection… started all 14 games he played in, appearing primarily at center, but moving around the offensive line when called upon… his first season at Austin Peay saw the Govs offensive line allow an OVC-low 14 sacks… helped led the way for a Governor’s offensive which set program records in total offense (6,288 yards), passing yards (3,594), and rushing touchdowns (34).
Prior to Austin Peay: Walked on at Mississippi State as a reserve offensive lineman… played in three games as a freshman, primarily on special teams… appeared four times during his sophomore season.
High School: Played offensive line at Ensworth High School.
Personal: Born Aug. 4… father Mickey Mitchell played offensive line at Mississippi State… has four siblings: Morgan, Mason, Frankie, Katherine… majoring in business administration.
