Prior to Austin Peay: Began his collegiate career at Erskine College (2022) before transferring to Arkansas-Monticello (2023-24). 2024: Appeared in nine games for the Boll Weevils as a redshirt sophomore… Had four tackles in back-to-back games against Southwestern Oklahoma (Sept. 14) and Harding (Sept. 19)… Recorded his first tackle for loss and a quarterback hurry in a three-tackle performance at East Central (Oct. 5)… Assisted on a tackle for loss in a four-tackle performance against Southeastern Oklahoma (Oct. 12)… Had 1.5 sacks and a season-high six tackles at Southern Nazarene (Nov. 9)…. Had a season-best five solo tackles while matching his season’s best mark with six tackles against Southern Arkansas (Nov. 16)... Finished the season with 33 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, and a quarterback hurry. 2023: Appeared in three games during a redshirt season… Totaled four tackles and half a tackle for loss. 2022: Appeared in eight games for Erskine, recording 11 tackles as a true freshman.

High School: Played on the defensive line for Marcus Brown at Eagles Landing High School… Was a three-time 5A Georgia State Champion in wrestling… Also competed in track and field for the Golden Eagles.

Personal: Christopher Ryan Brown Jr. is the son of Chris and Nakiara Kirk... Birthday is July 5... Has four siblings: Jayla, Jayce, Cairo, and Legaci... Father, Chris, played football at Jacksonville State… A general studies major with a survey of humanities concentration.
