High School: Played wide receiver for head coach Dillon Griggs at Russell County High School… Totaled 137 receptions, 2,491 yards, and 28 touchdowns in the three varsity seasons… Had 70 receptions for 1,238 yards and 14 touchdowns as a senior with 110 kick-return yards, 197 punt-return yards, and one punt-return touchdown with a 28.1-yard average on punt returns… Helped lead RCHS to its first Alabama High School Athletic Association Championship playoff win in 26 years following a 42-25 victory against Northridge High School… Caught 51 passes for 1,003 yards and 11 receiving touchdowns as a junior, earning First Team All-Chattahoochee Valley Team honors… Had 16 receptions for 250 yards and three touchdowns during his sophomore season... Also competed in track and field for the Warriors, participating in the 4x100, 400-meter, triple jump, and long jump.
