Awards and Honors:
Athletics Director's Honor Roll (F23, F24)

2024: Appeared in 11 games for the Governors at wide receiver and on special teams... Caught one pass in the season opener against Louisville (Aug. 31)… Made two tackles on special teams against Alabama A&M (Sept. 21)… Made a tackle on kickoff coverage against North Alabama (Nov. 2) and Eastern Kentucky (Nov. 16)… Finished second on the team with four special teams tackles.

2023: Played in 10 games at wide receiver and on special teams… Had one reception for 12 yards – his first collegiate catch – at Lindenwood (Sept. 30).

2022: Did not see action during the 2022 season.

High School: After recording 563 receding yards and six touchdowns as a junior at Montgomery Catholic High School under head coach Kirk Johnson, over doubled his production as a senior, with over 1,200 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns.

Personal: Dezhion Jahris Carter is the son of Johnathan and Sonia Carter… Birthday is Dec. 25… Has two siblings, Bryhanna and Isaiah Carter… A management major.
