Prior to Austin Peay: Was a tight end for head coach Brent Hughes at Halls High School… Caught 42 passes for 686 yards and 10 touchdowns during his senior season, averaging 16.3 yards per reception… Caught 24 passes for 422 yards and four touchdowns as a junior.
