Athletics Director’s Honor Roll (S19, S20)
2020-2021 (Redshirt Senior): Played in six games during the 2020-2021 season and started five time at the bandit position conference play... Had a career-best outing against Tennessee Tech (Feb. 21), posting a career-high seven tackles and two tackles for loss, while also picking up his first career sack and forced fumble against the Golden Eagles... Recorded a half tackle for loss against Southeast Missouri (March 14) and Jacksonville State (March 28)... Finished the season with 22 total tackles, three tackles for loss, and two pass breakups.
2019 (Redshirt Junior): Made 15 appearances, garnering 25 tackles… in addition to three tackles against Central Arkansas (Sept. 7), forced a fumble and made one tackle for loss… five stops, including one behind the line, at ETSU (Sept. 21)… three tackles, sharing one for loss, at Eastern Kentucky (Nov. 2)… four stops, including a half-tackle behind the line in the regular season finale against Eastern Illinois (Nov. 23)… saw playing time in all three FCS Playoff games, making a tackle in the opener against Furman (Nov. 30).
2018 (Redshirt Sophomore): Reserve linebacker played in nine games, primarily as a special teamer… racked up 10 total tackles on the year, including a season-best three at Morehead State (Sept. 15)… had two tackles against Georgia (Sept. 1) and Presbyterian (Sept. 8).
2017 (Redshirt Freshman): Earned playing time in all 12 games… registered 15 total tackles on the season… made a season-high three stops in the season finale against Eastern Illinois.
2016 (Freshman): Did not see action in 2016.
High School: Led Pell City to a postseason berth in 2014 and 2015... credited with 20 tackles during his junior campaign... clocked a 4.7 40-yard dash.
Personal: Born April 14... majoring in sociology.
