2020-21 (Senior): Transferred from Azusa Pacific following the fall semester... Made appearances against Tennessee State (Feb. 28) and Murray State (April 3).

2020 (Senior): Azusa Pacific did not compete during the fall semester and ended its program in December.
2019 (Junior): Earned Second Team All-Great Northwest Athletic Conference honors while starting in all 10 games for the Cougars… Started at multiple positions on an injury riddled offensive line and was a key part in an offense that averaged 243.8 yards per game… Named a GNAC All-Academic honoree.
2018 (Sophomore): Played in 12 games… Paved the way for Azusa Pacific’s ground game to average 138.0 yards per contest.
2017 (Freshman): Did not see action in 2017.
High School: Played three years of varsity football at Redlands East Valley for head coach Rich Lunsford… Wildcats won 2014 CIF State Division II title… Named to San Bernardino Sun 2015 All-Area Football Team… Played in 2016 Inland Valley All-Star Classic…
Personal: Eric Angel Esquer Jr. is the son of Christina and Peter Esquer… Birthday is Oct. 31… Has three siblings: Alex, Jayden and Matthew… Matthew ran cross country at Cal State East Bay… Working toward master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Administration.
