Prior to Austin Peay: 2023 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference West Freshman of the Year and First-Team All-PSAC West defensive back… redshirted in 2022… made 30 tackles, four interceptions and six pass-breakups during his redshirt campaign… as a sophomore, posted 56 tackles (3.0 TFL), broke up a pair of passes and tied for the team lead with two forced fumbles… finished second on the team with 74 tackles (4.0 TFL) and three interceptions as a junior, earning First-Team All-PSAC West honors for a second time.  

Personal: Keith Charney is the son of Kevin and Dr. Anne Charney… has four siblings: Allison, Hattie, Kevin and Kobe… Brother Kevin played basketball at Lock Haven (Pa.)… Born Sept. 23... Pursuing his bachelor's degree in university studies.
