2020 (Redshirt Junior): Made one appearance during the fall, assisting on two tackles against Central Arkansas (Aug. 29) in the Guardian Credit Union FCS Kickoff game.
2019 (Redshirt Sophomore): Played 10 games, making 22 total tackles in extended duty… started the season off with sacks in back-to-back games against North Carolina Central and Central Arkansas, including a season-high six tackles against the Bears… shared four tackles against Southeast Missouri… filled the line against UT Martin, with four tackles (1.5 for loss), a half-sack, a forced fumble and a pass break-up… made another sack at Murray State… appeared in all three FCS Playoff games, including a solo stop against Furman.
2018 (Sophomore): Appeared in two games at home, against Presbyterian (Sept. 8) and Tennessee Tech (Oct. 27).
2017 (Freshman): Redshirt
High School: Two-year letter winner at Harding Academy in Memphis... Accounted for average 4.5 tackles per game during his senior season... Named first team all-state and defensive player of the year following his senior season... Also earned all-district three years in a row... Also competed in track and field at Harding Academy... The No. 107 prospect in the state of Tennessee... Ranked the 186th defensive tackle in the country.
Personal: Son of Angela and Terrence Wicks... majoring in sports broadcasting.
