Biography

College: Appeared in two games for the Govs in 2013… played in the first two games of the season against Tennessee and Vanderbilt before injuries sidelined him… came to Govs as walk-on in 2011… gained limited experience in 2012, playing in two games… has size and improving strength to handle position… used redshirt season in 2011 to better learn college game and Govs system.

High School: Played offensive and defensive tackle for Anthony Law at Whites Creek High School.

Personal: Criminal justice: homeland security major… son of Jason McDaniel and Kisha Cotton… born Sept. 29.
