Biography

Honors: Dean’s List: F10, S14… Athletics Director’s Honor Roll: F10, F13, S14

College: The long snapper played in all 12 games in 2013… snapped for Ben Campbell’s school-record 87 punt attempts… had four tackles on the season during punt coverage… had a tackle in each game against Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Chattanooga and UT Martin… after serving two seasons in an apprenticeship, stepped in as deep snapper in 2012 with positive results… played in all 11 games… played behind four-year snapper Nick Newsome in both 2010 and 2011.

High School: Played linebacker for Jim Carr at Franklin County (Tenn.) High School… was all-area and all-district… voted as team captain as a senior.
Personal: Political science major… son of Judie and Randy Vinke… brother Joseph Dunphy is former long snapper at Western Kentucky… born Nov. 14.
