Prior to Austin Peay: Played on the offensive line for head coach Bobby Bentley at Battle Ground Academy… Helped lead BGA to a TSSAA Division II-AA State Championship… Named an all-region selection as a senior… Competed in the Tennessee East-West All-Star Classic at Fortera Stadium.

Personal: Myles David Sawyers is the son of Martrise Hastings and Nicholas Sawyers... Has one sibling, Sariah... His cousin, Keshawn Vaugh is a former running back for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and San Francisco 49ers... Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing.
