2022: Played in a pair of games in relief at quarterback… Completed all three of his pass attempts against Presbyterian (Sept. 3) for nine yards… Also saw action against Murray State (Oct. 15).

2021: Made collegiate debut in the fourth quarter against Morehead State (Sept. 18), connecting with fellow freshman Trey Goodman on a 31-yard touchdown on his first-career pass.

High School: Played quarterback for Phillip Massey at Baylor School during junior and senior seasons after beginning his prep career at Franklin County High School… Named All-East Region First Team by the Tennessee Football Coaches Association in both 2019 and 2020… Ranked a 3-star recruit by 247Sports.com. 

Personal: Neyland Chase Jean is the son of Brad and Shena Jean… Birthday is June 14… Has two siblings: Logan and Sloane… A management major.
