As a redshirt sophomore: Recorded five tackles in his first season as a Governor… made two stops at Southeast Missouri, Oct. 29, and equaled his career-high with two more tackles against Eastern Kentucky, Nov. 12… also had a tackle against Tennessee State, Nov. 5.
As a redshirt freshman: Did not play in 2015 but transitioned to the defensive line as he angles for more playing time in 2016.
As a freshman: Redshirted last season… showed potential for a large role in 2015 during spring practice.
HIgh School: Played defensive and offensive tackle for Mark Williams at Gallatin High School…earned all-county as senior after gaining honorable mention as a junior…son of Shawn Mays and Nicole Robinson-Mays…born Jan. 29, 1996…age 18.
