Biography

2024: Appeared in all 12 games and earned four starts in the Governors’ backfield… Carried the ball nine times for 27 yards in his first start against Southern Illinois (Sept. 7)… Had eight carries for 27 yards at Central Arkansas (Sept. 14), including a 21-yard rush – his second-longest run of the season… Had a season-high 15 carries and 91 yards at West Georgia (Oct. 5) with a season-long 49-yard rush against the Wolves… Finished third on the team with 62 carries and 234 rushing yards.

Prior to Austin Peay: Played five seasons at Ohio (2018-23), where he redshirted during his true freshman season. 2023: Played in 12 games and helped the Bobcats go 10-3 during his final season at Ohio… Had a season-high 22 carries for 80 yards and a five-yard touchdown run at Florida Atlantic (Sept. 9)… Carried the ball 15 times for 64 yards with a season-long 30-yard rush against Western Michigan (Oct. 21)… Totaled 10 carries for 13 yards with two one-yard touchdown runs against Central Michigan (Nov. 15)… Rushed 12 times for 50 yards in his final game at Ohio… Finished the season with 139 carries for 452 yards and three touchdowns in addition to nine receptions for 24 yards… Ranked second on the team in rushing attempts, yards, and yards per game while ranking third on the team in rushing touchdowns. 2022: Did not see action for the Bobcats during the 2022 season. 2021: Played in nine games during his redshirt junior season… Posted season highs with 12 carries for 76 yards against Duquesne… Had 11 carries for 16 yards and recorded career highs with seven receptions for 52 yards against Kent State (Oct. 23)… Finished the season with 71 carries for 269 yards and 18 receptions for 113 yards. 2020: Played in three games as redshirt sophomore… Recorded four carries for 16 yards and one reception for 13 yards at Central Michigan (Nov. 4)… Posted a season-best nine carries for 33 yards… Finished the season with 6 carries for 57 yards and one reception for 13 yards. 2019: Played in 12 games for the Bobcats… Had 14 carries for 47 yards and two receptions for a season-high 32 yards at Pitt (Sept. 7)… Rushed 12 times for 60 yards and had three receptions for 14 yards at Marshall (Sept. 14)… Carried the ball a career-high 27 times for 96 yards and two touchdowns at Buffalo (Oct. 5)… Tallied 11 carries for 79 yards against Northern Illinois (Oct. 12)… Had 18 carries for 104 yards – his first 100-yard game – at Ball State (Oct. 26)… Rushed 12 times and recorded career bests with 175 yards and three touchdowns – including a career-long 54 yard touchdown run and a 53-yard touchdown rush – at Bowling Green (Nov. 19)… Totaled seven carries for 71 yards and a seven-yard touchdown rush at Akron (Nov. 26)… Finished the season with 138 carries for 869 yards and seven touchdowns in addition to 11 receptions for 76 yards… Led the Bobcats in rushing yards, rushing yards per game (72.4), and all-purpose yards (945)… Ranked third on the team in rushing touchdowns. 2018: Played in one game as a true freshman… Carried the ball seven times for 24 yards in his collegiate debut at Western Michigan (Nov. 1).

High School: Played running back and defensive back for head coach Dave Gueriera at Malvern Preparatory School… Rushed for 1,004 yards and 11 touchdowns to earn First Team Inter-Ac All-League honors during his senior season… Rushed for over 3,000 yards and 35 touchdowns during his prep career… Rated a two-star prospect by 247Sports.com… Also played basketball and competed in track & field for the Friars.

Personal: O’Shaan Marquan Allison is the son of Omar and Trina Allison… Birthday is Sept. 25… Has one sibling, O’Misha… Graduated from Ohio in Aug. 2023 with a bachelor’s in communications, marketing, and real estate… Pursuing a second bachelor’s in leadership science.
