Prior to Austin Peay: Spent the first season of his collegiate career at Kentucky Wesleyan (2024). 2024: Appeared in eight games for the Panthers… Tallied two tackles at Ohio Dominican (Sept. 28)... Recorded a tackle and two pass breakups against Findlay (Oct. 5)... Had two tackles and a tackle for loss against Thomas More (Nov. 9)... Finished the season with nine tackles, one tackle for loss, and two pass breakups.

High School: Played on the offensive and defensive line for head coach Ingel Martin, who was an NFL quarterback from 2006-09… Had 64 tackles and eight tackles for loss in his prep career… Totaled 33 tackles and five tackles for loss during his senior season.

Personal: Rocco James Abbagnaro is the son of Gary and Alison Abbagnaro… Birthday is Sept. 12... Has three siblings: Roman, Luca, and Annabelle... Father, Gary, played baseball and football at Bates College... A management major.
