Prior to Austin Peay: Began his collegiate career at Arkansas State (2022-23) before transferring to Tennessee State (2024). 2024: Appeared in nine games during his lone season at Tennessee State, helping lead the Tigers to a share of the Big South-OVC Championship and an appearance in the FCS Playoffs. 2023: Did not see action during his final season at Arkansas State. 2022: Redshirted and did not see action during his first collegiate season. 

High School: Played on the offensive line for head coach Melvin Cole at PURE Academy… Selected to play in the 19th-annual Autozone Liberty Bowl High School All-Star Game... Also received an invitation to play in the 2022 Nashville All-American Bowl during his senior season... Rated a three-star prospect by 247Sports.com and ESPN.com, and a two-star by Rivals.

Personal: Saidou Gor Ba is the son of Mika Ba and Maimouna Gueye... Birthday is Feb. 9... Has two siblings, Hamidu and Thierno… A general studies major with a survey of health concentration.
